On March 18, 2021 Silk Council together with the International Intangible Assets Institute and other professional firms co-organized the webinar on “Foreign Direct Investments and Tech Transfer in Italy”. The webinar was held in English and Chinese and was addressed to Chinese entrepreneurs and companies interested in investing in Italy and participating in Sino-Italian commercial and industrial cooperation projects in the technological field.
Avv. Lifang Dong, President of the Silk Council Association, participated as a guest speaker, illustrating the activities carried out by the Silk Council to promote multilateral and open cooperation between Public Institutions, Embassies, Financial Institutions, Associations, entrepreneurs, professionals and other academic, scientific, cultural and socio-economic realities of different countries along the New Silk Road, favoring the creation of international synergies at a multidisciplinary level. In her speech, Avv. Dong also illustrated the institutional and commercial relations between China and Europe and between China and Italy, referring in particular to the China-EU Agreements on investments and geographical indications, to Italy's adhesion in 2019 to the New Silk Road, to main sectors encouraged for Sino-Italian cooperation and some recent examples of successful joint ventures and cooperation projects.

Il 18 Marzo 2021 Silk Council insieme a International Intangible Assets Institute ed altri studi professionali ha co-organizzato il webinar su “Investimenti diretti esteri e trasferimento tecnologico in Italia”. Il webinar si è svolto in inglese e cinese ed era diretto a imprenditori e società cinesi interessate ad investire in Italia ed a partecipare a progetti di cooperazione commerciale e industriale sino-italiana in ambito tecnologico.
L’Avv. Lifang Dong, Presidente dell’Associazione Silk Council è intervenuta come relatrice, illustrando le attività svolte da Silk Council per promuovere la cooperazione multilaterale ed aperta tra Istituzioni Pubbliche, Ambasciate, Istituti Finanziari, Associazioni, imprenditori, professionisti ed altre realtà accademiche, scientifiche, culturali e socio-economiche di diversi paesi lungo la Nuova Via della Seta, favorendo la creazione di sinergie internazionali a livello multidisciplinare. Nel suo intervento l’Avv. Dong ha inoltre illustrato le relazioni istituzionali e commerciali tra Cina ed Europa e tra Cina e Italia, facendo riferimento in particolare agli Accordi Cina-UE sugli investimenti e sulle indicazioni geografiche, all’adesione dell’Italia nel 2019 alla Nuova Via della Seta, ai principali settori incentivati per la cooperazione sino-italiana ed alcuni esempi recenti di joint ventures e progetti di cooperazione di successo.
